About me

Researcher by curiosity.
Engineer by experience.

I'm Lin Tian, an NLP researcher with a doctorate in Computer Science. I study misinformation detection and computational modelling, especially how misleading information spreads across social media.

My research uses unsupervised and semi-supervised learning to help build robust AI systems. Before my PhD, I worked as a software engineer for eight years. I'm based in Australia.
